How long does it take to get a flag made?
This will depend on our backorder status at the time and the complexity of the flag. It will normally take a few months to complete so be patient. When you place your order, ask at that time and we will get you our best estimate.

Will you produce distressed flags that look like they have experienced combat?
No we will not. This is simply defacing a flag if done artificially. We will not be a part of that.

How do your flag staffs go together?
Experimenting with a variety of glues and pins, we have found that using just "gorilla glue" and a good clamp will work splendid. Our staff's are cut at a 45 degree angle with a miter saw at the joining point. Once the glue has set, sand off the excess glue and stain and finish the staff. The finial will be attached when you get it.

How do your flag staffs differ from originals?
Most originals... the vast majority of them, were one piece ash staffs. Trying to ship a 10 foot long staff not really practical.. so we miter cut 2 - 5 foot sections of ash staff and ship it that way. Some staff's were sleeved and this is a type we will offer in the future. I need to see more examples of this before I recreate it for distribution but it has potential.
